Lichtenstein is a career and executive coach, academic and consultant. He helps MBAs and in-work managers to align their skills and temperament to their career interests and up-skill in the areas of strategy and leadership.

With more than 10 years of experience in working with in-work MBAs and executive education delegates and 5 years coaching, Scott brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his coaching work.

Scott received his doctoral degree in business administration (DBA) from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, and certification as a coach and facilitator from Henley Management College.

Scott lives in the UK with his wife and six year old daughter. When he is not working, he plays drums in a covers rock band and enjoys running.

Cucinotta received her Marketing advanced diploma from the University of Technology Sydney, and Diploma’s as a Holistic Counsellor and Transformational Coach from Naturecare College , is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and the International Civility Trainer Consortium (ICTC).

Maria lives in Sydney with her 2 daughters Ariane and Gabrielle. When Maria is not a scholar of life or working, she travels and is currently writing a book.

Nair will receive his Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Birmingham in a few weeks and certification as a Certified Trainer with the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore.

Sudair lives in Woodlands in Singapore with his wife and 8 year-old daughter. When he is not working, he likes to read extensively and spend time with his daughter.

Boorer has been involved in company start-ups for the past 25 years. Lisa thoroughly enjoys turning ideas into realities, building teams, creating company visions, culture and strategies, marketing, policies and procedures. Lisa enjoys a hands on experience and is always involved in each aspect of the set-up and management of each business.

Boorer has a Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming and an MBA from Bond University, both of these courses were undertaken to expand the mind and open the creative opportunities that come from working with a collective group of people.

When not at work Lisa enjoys the company of her 3 children ranging in age from 12 to 29, catching up with friends, walks along the beach, reading a great book and traveling.

As a mother Lisa has a keen interest in leadership and education styles and strategies being used within the school system and parenting styles that are now being widely adopted.
